1 pound small lamb chops or lamb ribs
½ cup hoisin sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cups cooked rice
4 slices bacon
1 egg
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ pound green beans, cut or snapped in two
½ cup sliced onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Lamb: Mix hoisin sauce with garlic, soy sauce and ginger and
spread all over lamb. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread sauce on top and broil
lamb chops in oven for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side depending on how
thick they are. Baste with more of the marinade when you turn them over. Sweet
crispy lamb chops!
Rice: Cook bacon until crisp and remove and set aside. Beat egg,
add about a tablespoon milk or water and cook in frying pan. Remove when done
and slice it into thin pieces. Add sesame oil to pan and add rice and soy sauce.
When rice is hot stir in crumbled bacon, sliced egg and green onions. Quick and
easy fried rice!
Green Beans: Heat sesame oil up and add onions and sauté for five
minutes and add green beans and stir to coat with oil and onions. Add soy sauce
and water and cover and simmer until just tender, about 10 minutes. These are
also good with bacon bits if you want to be decadent.
