Veggies and Cheese

Veggies And Cheese
1 cup broccoli, cut up
1 cup cauliflower, cut up
½ cup sliced carrots
1 cup diced onions
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1½ cups milk
1½ cups grated cheese (cheddar, jack, swiss, or?)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan
½ cup sliced green onions

Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a casserole dish. Heat up butter in a saucepan and mix in flour and when well blended add milk. Stir until sauce thickens and remove from heat and add cheese, salt, pepper and paprika. Pour over the vegetables and top with bread crumbs, parmesan and green onions. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
