1 cup brown
sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2/3 cup
flour
¼ teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
baking powder
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup nuts
Blend
butter and sugar together and then add egg, vanilla, flour and baking powder
and mix well. Divide batter in half and stir nuts in one half and cocoa in the
other. Place ¼ of the cocoa batter in one quarter, ¼ of the white batter in
another quarter, and repeat. Take a spoon and blend the edges together.
Bake at 350
for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
