Chili Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

1 ½ pounds large shrimp
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon minced green Anaheim chilies
1 tablespoon red chipotle chilies
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups cooked linguini pasta

Salt, pepper, and flour shrimp. Sauté in butter and oil for about 3 minutes and add garlic and turn shrimp over and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove shrimp and add chilies and cook for about 3 more minutes. Add lemon juice and wine and simmer for about 3 more minutes and add cilantro, parsley, and add back shrimp. Cook for a minute on low heat and serve with fresh linguine.
