Denver Breakfast Quiche

2 potatoes, very thinly sliced
¼ cup green peppers
¼ cup minced onions
1 cup diced ham
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup cream
½ cup salsa


Place the potato slices on the bottom of a pie pan. Sprinkle the onions and peppers on top of the potatoes. Next sprinkle the ham on top and then the cheese. Whisk the eggs together with the cream, salt and pepper and gently pour over the whole pie. Take a teaspoon and dot the top of the pie with teaspoons of salsa. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the pie puffs up and gets browned on top.
