Shrimp, Beef and Veggies with Peanut Sauce

½ pound boneless sirloin, sliced in 2 inch long ¼” thick slices
½ pound shrimp, shelled
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small zucchini, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 cup mixed red and green peppers, diced
1 tablespoons minced ginger
½ cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup orange juice
12 ounces noodles of choice, cooked to package directions
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Heat sesame oil in wok or sauté pan, add garlic and when it starts sizzling add beef strips and shrimp and cook for a few minutes on each side and add all the rest of the ingredients except the noodles and onions and stir fry for about 10 minutes until all vegetables are al dente. Stir in cooked noodles and mix everything together will. Top with green onions and serve.
