Spaghetti

tablespoons butter

tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves
minced garlic
1 pound crab
meat
½ teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
fresh ground pepper

tablespoons minced parsley
1 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Bring 3
quarts water to boil in large pan. Add spaghetti and cook until tender, 8 to 10
minutes.
Heat
butter and olive oil over medium heat in large skillet and add garlic and cook until
garlic softens. Add crab, salt, pepper and heat for a few minutes and place in
a bowl with the spaghetti and toss with the Parmesan cheese and top with parsley.
