Shrimp

tablespoons olive oil

tablespoon butter
2 cloves
minced garlic
½
teaspoon thyme
½
teaspoon salt

teaspoon cayenne pepper

tablespoons lemon juice
4 whole anchovies, minced
Heat olive oil in pan
and add minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Add butter, thyme,
salt, cayenne pepper, and when the butter is melted add the shrimp. Cook for a
couple of minutes on one side, flip them and add anchovies and cook for a
couple more minutes. Then add lemon juice and stir shrimp around to mix the
sauce with them.
